The only personal information this website collects is what you type into the inquiry form on our contact page: your name, company name, country, e-mail address, telephone or WhatsApp number and the project details you write (river width, required water-retaining height, site conditions and similar engineering information).
When you press "Submit Inquiry", the form opens your own e-mail client with the details already filled in. Your message is sent to us as a normal e-mail — it is not stored in a database on this website, and nothing is transmitted until you press send in your e-mail program.
We use your inquiry only to do the work you asked for: preparing a quotation, recommending a dam type and size, answering a technical question, arranging a factory visit or a video tour, and following up on an order. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking you first.
We process your information because you asked us to — to answer an enquiry and, if it leads to one, to perform a contract. Where you have asked to be kept informed about our products, we rely on your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.
This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies, and it does not run third-party analytics or advertising scripts. If we add a statistics tool after launch, this page will be updated to say so before it is switched on.
The social-media icons in our footer are ordinary links to our public company profiles. They do not place cookies on your device until you follow them to those platforms.
We keep inquiry e-mails for as long as they are useful for the project in question and for our normal business and tax records afterwards. If a project does not go ahead, you can ask us to delete your correspondence and we will do so.
You can ask us, at any time and free of charge, to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, to send you a copy, or to delete it. Write to baolishare@gmail.com and we will answer within one month. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
